Reverse Snow Angels


Reverse snow angels are an excellent exercise for the muscles in your upper back, and help improve posture and mobility.

Do as many as you can for 30 seconds. Rest for 30 seconds. Then do the next exercise.

Static Lunges


Lunges are one of those exercises that your workout should never be without as they effectively stretch and strengthen with one simple move. The static lunge gets its name because the feet remain static, or in the same position, throughout the exercise.

Do as many as you can for 30 seconds. Rest for 30 seconds. Then do the next exercise.
